Today I've had the first of my exams.. General Studies. Didn't go too badly at all.
I did an essay on what the future holds for the newspaper now we're in an age of 24 hour access to news (radio, TV, Internet, Twitter, Social Networking, Celebrity Culture etc.) and another on using the sea as a renewable energy source (tidal barrages etc.)
It wasn't too dull and the 3 hours went by without a hitch. I was a bit gutted to find out I'd missed a possible essay on the second paper about social networking?! I would have done well on that but it will have been a popular choice.. and my Tidal barrages was a masterpiece so I'm not too bothered now.
Philosophy tomorrow afternoon. Thats a big'un. I still have a bit of time today and tomorrow though so its not too bad.
The Enemy have pulled out of tonight's Oasis support slot because their singer has got food poisoning. Makes me feel a little better about not going.. and makes my £175 a little sweeter.
This is the new finished version of Kanye West's paranoid video. I thought the leaked one was finished and wasn't too impressed but this is much better, and the track has been mastered differently and there is more synths. Its like a sexy Thriller! Rihanna looks amazing aswell.. good enough to eat. Maybe thats why Chris Brown bit her in the face! *Puts tin hat on!*

I can imagine the D/Express and one or two of the 'posh' papers possibly going under at some point but I think there'll always be newspapers as , though most of their content is available to read for free on their websites , there's nothing to equal having the paper in ones hand , taking it around and reading it at leisure .
