24 Days (approximately)

Of school left! Its so weird. Its just hit me tonight how close we are to finishing school/college/6form/whatever you want to call it.
On Friday one of our forms has to do an assembly, and as we're coming to the end of our time at Ambrose, they're calling it memories. Basically they've set up a facebook group for all the leavers to put up photos from their time in Ambrose be it in school, on the playground, on trips, tours, out with mates, societies etc. etc. to be put into a slideshow-presentation to show us, the teachers and the year below.
It only started tonight but already there is like 150 photos on there (I put quite a few on there myself) so its doubling up as a facebook yearbook I suppose which is cool because we'll be able to look at it whenever we want. I am really surprised at how many photos I am in though.. quite a good ratio, I didn't even put that many of me up.

Looking back through all the photos though It does hit home how long we've been at the school. There are pictures from year 7 on there when we're all pre-pubescent little boys drinking red square and stella for the very first time.. its hilarious looking back. Its going to be so weird when we aren't all together every day.. I have a pretty big group of mates so we're getting split up and going all over the place. Its quite sad
Looking through them though is putting a massive grin on my face and reminding me of so many good times I've had at Ambrose even though I've never particuarly liked school, its kind of hitting me that the cliche about school being the "best days of your life" might not actually be too far from the truth!
We have prom in 3 weeks, a leavers do a bit after that at Old Trafford Cricket Ground and then that will be pretty much it.
