So my dad today gave me the fantastic news that he wants to go to Man City Vs. Hamburg away leg. I've never been to an away game apart from for Altrincham FC, so to go to my first City away game in UEFA Cup Quarter Finals, in a foreign country will be awesome, if we get tickets. And thats a BIG if.
Anyway, we'd leave on 9th April, so last night I found my passport and saw that it has expired! :(
So today I've been running around a bit, getting a passport application form from the post office, filling it out (really complicated!!) getting some photos done and now booking myself an appointment. I don't think you need an appointment normally, but because I need my application fasttracked I had to book one. Anyways I called up and decided to get it booked as soon as possible. It turns out thats tomorrow, so at 12noon I need to be at the Liverpool Passport Office on Old Hall Street. That will be good to get a day off college because I was meant to have a timed essay to do so HA!!! But the downside is that because my mum and dad are both working, I've got to go on my own, on the train. Apart from my appointment, looks like I'll have a day of silence tomorrow :(
Because I'm there I'm considering walking down to Anfield to see if I can get a look round the stadium or museum. I love football stadiums and always regret not getting the chance to go to see Highbury before it was demolished, so this would be a good chance because they were considering building a new ground and leaving Anfield at the start of this season.

The swelling on my ankle has gone right down, so now I've just got a really nasty bruise above it. At the gym I had to cut my normal cycle short because it was hurting so much and now my leg is constantly throbbing. A lot of walking tomorrow won't help!!
